Biography
Christina Kane represents mortgage lenders in a variety of commercial real estate financing transactions, including construction, refinancing and permanent financing loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration, with an emphasis on multifamily and health care projects.
She previously assisted borrowers and developers in FHA-insured transactions. Christina was a law clerk with the Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Office of Hearings and Appeals and the Office of General Counsel, Program Enforcement.
